How do they work?

All games in the collection are designed to be played in a group with a facilitator to encourage discussions and provide guidance and support. The games use well-known game formats such as Snakes and Ladders with simple rules and easy-to-read text.

Although originally designed for people with learning disabilities, the games are equally suitable for other audiences such as young children, pupils at special schools or adults with cognitive impairments. .

One-to-one activities: Game can also be used in one-to-one sessions to help assess an individual’s knowledge and understanding of health and personal safety.
